This model is the first of its kind to trim plants either grown in the field or in pots on the ground. Powered by a small petrol engine, the adjustable cutter deck rotates around the plant to produce uniformly trimmed plants. The machine is pushed along the rows of plants, and a gripping system holds the plant or pot during cutting to ensure a consistent finished product. The machine moves easily on its large diameter 50cm wheels, and is fully adjustable for width. ‘Standards’ can also be trimmed by raising the cutting deck. Plant diameter and height can be adjusted quickly and easily without the need for tools.
